If you are buying
You have more homes to tour. You may not have to rush like last year. You can still lose a home in Bryan if you wait too long.
If you are selling
Price it right on day one. Homes still sell. They just do not fly off the market like they did in the faster years.
So far this year, the three counties have sold 4,106 homes. Chatham sold 2,679. Effingham sold 743. Bryan sold 684. Typical prices so far: Bryan $430,000. Chatham $355,990. Effingham $340,500.
